Use Oratape Transfer Tape with Oracal 651 Vinyl to move cut-out vinyl images from the vinyl backing onto a project surface (such as a wall, window, or other smooth surface). First cut out the image in the vinyl and then place the Oratape on top to transfer the cut-out image. Package includes one roll of transparent transfer tape 12 inches x 4 feet. Made in the USA.
