SINGER-Braided Elastic. This elastic is suitable for waistbands, sleeves, necklines, legbands, and more! It is shrink resistant and unaffected by chlorine and salt water. Braided elastic is often inserted into a casing but it also suitable for stitching directly to fabric. Elastic is made of 71% polyester and 29% rubber. This package contains 75 yards of 3/8 inch wide elastic. Color: White. Made in USA.
