FISKARS-Centering Ruler. This Centering Ruler features two sets of markings making it great for all kinds of projects. On one edge is a traditional ruler with markings going from 1 to 14 inches. The other edge however starts at 7, goes down to 0 in the center, then goes back out to 7. Both include markings in 1/16 inch increments. Each package contains one ruler. Imported.
